server down?

it opens up and says "checking for updates - 1%" and is stuck there. this has never happened before. ive reopened the client multiple times.

is the server down?

edit: im using the DL client, i tried re-DL'ing it and the same thing happens still. When i try to use the webclient via the webclient link it takes me to some advertisment for a webhost..?

no idea i think it crashed. if it was an update it would have only taken a minute at most. so we probably cant play until josh gets back on and sees that the server is down and puts it back up.
