Adding some new rare items from rs

Hey guys my suggestion is to add some new rares that rs just made alot of them from squeal of fortune

- 5 & 10 Year Veteran Cape , This cape shoud be given as reward to maxing or something like that and its price is worthless not 4b++

- Fish mask

- Shark Fists ( Thank you matty lol )

- Boogie Bow

- Summer storm ring

- Dragon Ceremonial , Player Can chose the couler and he can change it when ever admin is online or make option for that

- Queens guard

- Dragon bone thingy, change ur dragon armour to kind of good look, Should be expensive....
